We try very hard to keep our stock available, however if we don?t have your selected goods in stock, we will contact you within 24 hours to advise you of the delay and when we would expect your goods to be with you. Typically, an out of stock item will be delivered within 10-13 days. You can decide whether you want to wait for the item or cancel your order.

We are happy to issue you with a full refund (excluding the postage) or an exchange of goods.
1. All returned goods must be in the original condition including the packaging.
2. We cannot exchange or refund goods that have been worn for hygiene purposes. We recommend that all items are tried on over under garments.
3. All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt to the following address:

4. When we receive the returned goods, we will process either an exchange, refund to your card or send you a cheque within 13 days.
5. Returns are the responsibility of our customers. We recommend you use recorded delivery and keep the receipt. Goods are returned to Gabriella Sandham at your own expense.
6. Refunds bought as presents can only be given to the original payer. If you decide to return or exchange the items, we cannot prevent the payer from knowing.
7. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We provide estimated delivery times on our site; however, we are unable to guarantee that delivery of your products will be within the time frame stated as we are reliant on third parties for the delivery of our service.
You are entitled to our free gift wrapping service on any purchase over £50.00. We charge £5 to professionally wrap orders under £50.
