Delivery and Payment Policy
Times & Charges
All orders received on weekdays are processed immediately and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders received over a weekend will be processed on the next working day.
Orders Placed In The UK
All UK delivery is free of charge within mainland UK, using Standard Delivery, and orders are delivered between 2 and 5 working days. Please note that we do NOT guarantee delivery within this time as external forces may affect delivery times.
If you need your order more urgently, you can choose to upgrade your delivery by paying £6.00 for Express Delivery, which will generally take between 1 and 3 days. Our automated shopping system will automatically add the additional charge when you choose to upgrade your service. Please note that we do NOT guarantee delivery within this time as external forces may affect delivery times.
Orders Above £150
All orders received for £150 or more will be sent by Express Delivery free of charge. This offer applies only to orders sent to a UK address.
All orders within Europe and the rest of the world will be delivered to you between 3 and 14 days, depending on the type of delivery you choose. Please see below for delivery options and charges. Please note that local import duties may be payable upon receipt. Gabriella Sandham does not take responsibility for any losses or delays on international deliveries. - £6.00 – Express Delivery (1–3 days)
- £9.00 – Standard International Recorded Delivery (6–14 days)

Payment By Credit Card, Debit Card Or PayPal
Payment is by credit or debit card only. All cards are processed by PayPal, which is EEA authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, UK VISA Debit, Electron, Maestro and Solo cards. To pay by PayPal all you need is a PayPal account. Once you have your PayPal account set up, you can link your bank account, debit or credit cards to it. Simply select PayPal when you check out of our Shopping pages and you will be taken to the secure PayPal server where you can pay for items.
Gabriella Sandham accepts payment in the following currencies: UK Sterling, Euros, US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars, Danish Krone, Swedish Krone and Swiss Francs.
Special Discounts For Members
All members spending more than £100 on any one order will receive a discount of 5% that will be applied to your order automatically. And those spending more than £150 will receive a discount of 10% on their order. This offer only applies to orders received from the UK. (Click here for membership details)
Satisfaction and Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with any item you have purchased from us, please contact us. Phone: 020 7223 5558, Email: email@example.com. We are happy to issue you with a full refund (excluding the postage) or to exchange goods.
- All returned goods must be in the original condition including the packaging.
- We cannot exchange or refund goods that have been worn for hygiene purposes. We recommend that all items are tried on over undergarments.
- All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt to the following address: Gabriella Sandham Lingerie & Swimwear Boutique, 161 Lavender Hill, Battersea, London SW11 5QH.
- When we receive the returned goods, we will process either an exchange or refund to your card within 13 days.
- We do not issue refunds on sale items. An exchange may be arranged, depending on stock availability.
- Returns are the responsibility of our customers. We recommend you use recorded delivery and keep the receipt. Goods are returned to Gabriella Sandham at your own expense.
- Refunds on items bought as presents can only be given to the original purchaser. If you decide to return or exchange the items, we cannot prevent the purchaser from knowing.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
