We aim to make shopping with Gabriella Sandham as stress-free as possible for our customers, while ensuring that you look your best. To help us make sure you are always a happy customer, please take the time to read our simple terms & conditions.

 

Delivery

Our aim is for you to receive your purchase as quickly as possible and within the estimated delivery times (please click here to see our full delivery details.) However, as we are reliant on third parties for deliveries, we are unable to guarantee that your products will be delivered within the time frame specified.

 

Stock descriptions and availability

Every effort has been made to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, the actual colours you see will depend on your own computer monitor and we therefore cannot guarantee that the colour displayed will accurately reflect that of the product on delivery. Gabriella Sandham takes care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products are accurate.

 

We make every effort to ensure advertised stock is available. If, however, your selected item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours to advise you of any delay and when we anticipate your goods to be dispatched. Typically, an out-of-stock item will be delivered within 10-13 days of your order.

 

Payment By Credit Card, Debit Card Or PayPal

Payment is by credit or debit card only. All cards are processed by PayPal, which is EEA authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, UK VISA Debit, Electron, Maestro and Solo cards.

We are happy to issue you with a full refund (excluding the postage) or to exchange goods. 

  1. All returned goods must be in the original condition including the packaging.
  2. We cannot exchange or refund goods that have been worn for hygiene purposes. We recommend that all items are tried on over undergarments.
  3. All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt to the following address: Gabriella Sandham Lingerie & Swimwear Boutique, 161 Lavender Hill, Battersea, London SW11 5QH.
  4. When we receive the returned goods, we will process either an exchange or refund to your card within 13 days.
  5. We do not issue refunds on sale items. An exchange may be arranged, depending on stock availability.
  6. Returns are the responsibility of our customers. We recommend you use recorded delivery and keep the receipt. Goods are returned to Gabriella Sandham at your own expense.
  7. Refunds on items bought as presents can only be given to the original purchaser. If you decide to return or exchange the items, we cannot prevent the purchaser from knowing.
  8. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Gift-Wrapping Service

You are entitled to our free gift-wrapping service on any purchase over £50. We charge £5.00 to professionally wrap orders under £50.
